Delete Your Account

You can ask RP CRIMEDGE REVIEW CENTER to permanently delete your RP CrimEdge Review Center account and the personal data associated with it. Use the form below and we will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified we permanently remove:

  • Your account — name, email address and password.
  • Your registered devices (device-binding records).
  • Your learning activity — video watch progress, document page progress, bookmarks, highlights, notes, and exam/quiz attempts and scores.
  • Any proof-of-payment file you uploaded for manual verification.

What we must keep

Philippine tax law requires us to retain financial records — the invoices and payment receipts issued for any subscription you paid for — for the period the law prescribes. These are kept for accounting and tax purposes only and are not used for anything else after your account is deleted.

Request account deletion

Enter the email address on your account. So we can confirm the request really comes from you, we may contact you at that email before deleting anything.
